TERMS OF SERVICES

Payment: A 50% deposit must be paid before work on the commission can begin. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer for local clients.Rush orders: Rush orders prioritize your order and move it to the top of the queue, so you don't have to wait for your turn on the waitlist. However, please note that rush orders are subject to an additional 50% charge on the total order, but the order will be completed within 1 weekRefunds: Refunds will only be issued if the artist is unable to begin work within the agreed deadline due to illness, workload or personal circumstances. If a refund is requested for any other reason, the artist reserves the right to refuse.Communication: The artist will maintain open communication with the client throughout the commission process, and the client is encouraged to provide feedback to ensure the final product meets their expectations.Revisions: The artist will provide up to three rounds of revisions to the commission to ensure the client is satisfied with the final product. Big and major changes within three rounds of revision will be charged. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.Deadlines: The deadline for the commission will be agreed upon before work begins, typically within 2 weeks to 1 month. If the artist is unable to meet the deadline for any reason, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and a new deadline will be agreed upon. Clients will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are clients ahead of you in the queue, you may need to wait for their commissions to be completed first.Usage: The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal or non-commercial purposes only. The artist retains all rights to the artwork and may use it for promotional purposes or display.
Note : For commercial purposed artwork, client will have to email or dm me directly, as the price may change.Copyright: The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork without the artist's prior written consent.Acceptance : By commissioning artwork from the artist, the client agrees to all of the terms outlined in this document.
